Can I contact you for a custom order?  Unfortunately, I don’t do custom orders at the moment.

Do you offer international shipping? I offer international shipping. All orders are shipped with regular shipping. If you want your order sent with insurance and with tracking, please contact me for a quote.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? Orders are shipped within two to three working days. Domestic shipping usually takes about one to two days. Shipping elsewhere in Europe and overseas can take up to several weeks. Once the order is shipped, it’s pretty much out of my control. I always send a message on the day your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns? I accept returns within 10 days after purchasing and with the order undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. If the returned item is not in saleable condition, it cannot be refunded. Shipping costs of the return are not refundable When there is a fault with your order(for example, you receive a different item than the one you ordered) shipping costs are refundable.If you return an order from outside the European Union, please mark it with ‘returned merchandise’ on the customs form as to not result in custom charges when it arrives back in Holland. If there are custom charges due to incorrect marked custom forms your order will be returned back to you.

Please read the desciption of the listing carefully before making a purchase, so you know what you are buying. However, if you are not satified with the received item, please contact me as soon as your order arrives, and I’ll see what we can do to fix it. Satisfied customers are important!

Can you reserve a product for me? Unfortunately I cannot do that. The shop is updated regularly, so I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to find something you love.
